It has been quite a while since the blockbuster hit 'Arundhati' hit the Tollywood screens. This was the film that catapulted Anushka into a new league and many in the remote places of Andhra Pradesh began to adore her as 'Jejamma'. Now, the time has come for the Bollywood version.
Apparently, there has been a lot of dilemma over who is going to portray the iconic role essayed by Anushka. In between, there was also a talk that Anushka would be reprising it in Hindi again. However, that didn't happen and here is some update from the Mumbai circuit.
Sources say the two hot favourites for the title role are Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. Given the impact created, it is heard that the makers are planning to go slow on the sequel.
