Victory Venkatesh is going to hit the screens soon in the form of ‘Ganga – The Bodyguard’.The movie is a remake of the Malayalam super hit Bodyguard. Trisha is the heroine opposite Venkatesh and the movie is being directed by Gopichand Malineni. Bellamkonda Suresh is the producer.
The movie’s unit has gone to Canada to shoot a couple of songs on the lead pair and will be back in about 10 days time. Music for the flick has been scored by Thaman and the audio launch will happen in October.
The movie is about how a tough bodyguard falls in love with a woman he is supposed to protect. The way the love story is being shown is very fresh and novel, says the director.
Venkatesh will also be working with Mahesh Babu in a multi-starrer tentatively titled ‘ Seethamma vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’.
