After Shruti Hassan walked out of Dammu due to call sheetproblems, there was uncertainty about the lead female artist of Dammu.NTR wanted Kajal to be the main heroine. Producersapproached her with the proposal. It looked like the deal was finalized.
Now the latest update is that even Kajal opted out of the movie because she could not accommodate the bulk dates which Dammu team wanted.One wonders how bulk are the dates given that two heroines opted out because of that.It seems that NTR is on a mission to finish this movie as soon as possible after his latest debacle Oosaravelli.
Finally the desperate makers have zeroed in petite beauty Trisha. She will join the shoot from today according to behindreels.com sources. Trisha never acted with NTR before.When everybody is thinking that her career is coming to an end, out of the blue she gets a huge project, not to mention she recently acted in Pawan Kalyan's Teenmaar. It is very far from over for Trisha.
Karthika will play the second female lead in this film. This film is being directed by Boyapati Srinu under Creative Commercials banner. It will be ready for release by summer.
