Krishna Vamsi is one of the few directors who enjoyed cult following despite sticking to similar kind of filmmaking for decades. He is still making films with 'madness' written all over them. His style of filmmaking bored even his fans as he couldn't break the monotony.
The director's latest film Mogudu too looks like a template of his previous works. One couldn't help but recall films like Murari, Chandamama and Sasirekha Parinayam watching this trailer. The title logo is designed after Murari and Rajendra Prasad's role is almost like a replica of Satyanarayana's character in that film. Check out the house set and the art director's work, which are almost the same.
Taapsee hardly knows to speak Telugu and he made mouth heavy dialogues which are unbearable. This is just the trailer and imagine what kind of torture it would be on screen. Roja's getup and the dialogs on sex by Gopichand are marks of Krishna Vamsi's 'paithyam' which are the reasons for his downfall over the years. But still Krishna Vamsi is only making such films with those gaudy characters and crass dialogue. Stop preaching and start entertaining sir, say his staunch followers. Are you listening KV?
