Apparently the dusky actress had no idea that she was going to play a gangster when auditioning for the film. "I did a photo shoot, only after that did RGV tell me that I will be playing a gangster. He felt I looked exactly the way he imagined my character to look like".
The Hyderabad-based actress is sparing no effort to make sure she delivers a knockout performance. She even volunteered to do all her stunts, declining RGV's suggestion to use a body double. "I wanted to do the stunts myself and they have come out very well.
Initially it was scary to do the action sequences and I struggled with it. Gradually I got comfortable and started enjoying the whole process though it was physically demanding," she says.
