Who is playing female lead in Gabbar Singh?

Female lead of Gabbar singh is most talked about these days.According to earlier reports, Shruthi Hasan was finalized to play the female fiddle for the movie.But there were rumors that Ileana replaced Shruthi hasan.Harish shankar without wasting much time, tweeted that rumors are baseless and shruthi hasan will continue to do female lead in the movie.
Now according to a official news from a leading daily kicked the ball into Ileana's court.It is published,"Actress Ileana D'Cruz, the highest paid actress of the South Indian films, will replace Shruti Hassan in the forthcoming Telugu flick 'Gabbar Singh'."
"The makers of the film have finally decided Ileana D'Cruz as the leading lady for the forthcoming Pawan Kalyan's starrer 'Gabbar Singh'. According to sources, producer Ganesh recently approached Ileana and offered her the female lead role at a meeting on the sets of her forthcoming Telugu movie with Allu Arjun and talked about his plans. The actress is likely to sign the project, which is expected to begin in December. Producer Ganesh, who is making the forthcoming Telugu movie with the budget of Rs. 40 crore, reportedly felt that the movie requires an A-list actress to play the female lead role, dropped Shruti from the upcoming film."said the daily.
Atleast now movie team has to make a official announcement about the female lead of Gabbar singh and put an end to this drama.
