Back to back duds have put Naga Chaitanya in a dilemma. The young actor, who failed to choose a good script for his debut film, did two films which had director value. Both Gowtam Menon and Sukumar have shown Chaitanya in suitable roles and have given him back to back successes.
Naga Chaitanya didn't read the successes of Ye Maya Chesave and 100% Love well that he opted for mass films under relatively new directors direction. Both Ajay Bhuyan and Vivek Krishna have let him down with Dhada and Bejawada respectively. Bejawada despite opening on a high note lost the steam even before the first weekend.
Bejawada is proving to be a dud at the box office, which means Chaitanya have successive 'Dirty Pictures' to his credit. These failures will show terrible affect on Chaitanya's career that his future films would suffer heavily due to such colossal flops. Autonagar Surya directed by Deva Katta is the follow up movie for Chaitanya. A lot will depend on that film's result for Chaitanya to bounce back.
