Krish is back again with his Action Adventure Movie in the form of Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum and he delivers again with Scintillating performance from Rana Daggubati.
Story :
B,Tech Babu (Rana) is the grandson of Subrahmanyam (Kota Srinivasa Rao), a legendary theater actor of the famous Surabhi group. B.Tech Babu has no intention of continuing as a languishing actor and instead, he makes his plans to head to the United States. This deeply upsets Subrahmanyam, who requests him to perform one last drama titled ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’ at the Bellary Natakotsavam.
Meanwhile, it is daylight robbery that is the norm in Bellary. A powerful mining mafia uses a heady mixture of money, fear and politics to keep the town in its iron grip. The entire operation is in the control of Reddappa (Milind Gunaji), who terrorizes local people and illegally destroys thousands of acres of lush green forests to feed his hunger for money. Devika (Nayanatara) is  a documentary film makerwho tries to bring these atrocities to light.
As a reluctant B.Tech Babu heads to Bellary, he discovers that he has a past in this town. He also shares a connection with Reddappa and his sworn enemy Chakravarthy (Murali Sharma). B. Tech Babu realises that he has an obligation to fulfill and a responsibility to shoulder.
What is that responsibility? What connection does he share with Reddappa and Chakravarthy? That forms the story of ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’.

Krish continues his legacy in Human Values and Social Responsibility in the form of Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum , he has showcased his human touch and values in life in his previous movies Gamyam and Vedam. He should be lauded for bringing intensity into the characters and make them act and emote. He is excellent in getting the performances out of the Actors and characters as he pleases. There is a lot in the movie that cannot be described in a review and should be watched and experienced via directors vision and narration.
Driection by Kirsh is the highlight in the movie and it has been very well carried over and justified by Rana with his expressions, dialogues and Diction and he looks a totally different from all his previous performances. Krish’s command over the story writing and screenplay with gripping scenes that converges separate worlds into one is spellbinding . He brings in together a totally different forms of life and people and make them journey called life. Krish has a knack of joining disjoint stories and weave them together in a very dramatic way and bring them together.
Krish has a sense of social responsibility , his feelings in his heart come out in the form of films , This is his way of showcasing his concern for the society.
Rana as BTech Babu
Performances :
Rana Daggubati has evolved as an actor as BTech Babu and is the perfect choice for this kind of movie. He is good in Serious and Emotional performances which had little scope to try and showcase in his previous movies. His Diction and Dialogue delivery is amazing and you will find a new Rana , though some will disagree as some of the Dialogues were spoken fast and some audience are not able to grasp them. Rana tried to pur his heart and Soul in his character and he succeeds in his attempt. Rana has carved his physique very well and he is very good in action sequences but quite stiff in Dances.
Victory Venkatesh looks Fresh and hilarious in his Special Role and adds that extra pinch of spice to the movie in a Song Sequence with Sameera Reddy and increases the tempo of the movie and gives a kick to the Daggubati Fans.
Nayanatara is as usual with her decent performance and she looks glamorous in songs and dances , Though it was a bit odd to see her as a commecrial actress in KVJ after she donned the role of Sita in Sri Rama Rajyam.
LB Sriram has a very important role to play as a villager and he steals the show with his emotional performance. Posani Krishna Murali is at his his usual best, nothing new for him in here but he justified his role. Brahmanandam and Raghu Babu are also good in their performances and bring in some comical relief.
Mani Sharma’s gives a brilliant score and rerecording , all the songs are humming and his back ground music adds meaning and value to the visualization. SP Balasubhramanyam sung a special song “Jarugutunnadi Jagannaatakam” which has a lot of meaning in it and goes deep in your heart and gives a gist of the movie theme plot. All the songs have great historical and human values and meaning to them
Verdict : KVJ is a Brilliant entertainer with the right blend of Human hardships, Struggle and Triumph of Human Values.
