Telugu films are heading for some 'black' comedies and raw flicks to tap those areas that remained untouched and brand new terrain all these days. In that lines here is this offering, titled 'D For Dopidi' with young and talented Varun Sandesh and Sandeep Kishan.
As the name itself indicates, this movie is about two guys and their team who try to rob something they love. But what is more intriguing is the punch line, 'Dobbadanika? Dobbinchukovadaanika?'. It has a bit of double meaning element in it but the flavour is something Telugu audiences are dying to watch for on silver screen ever since movies like 'Delhi Belly' and 'Dev D' became big time.
Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK who have directed Sandeep in their earlier movie 'Shor In The City' are producing this movie, while their associate Siraj is directing this robbing flick.
