Yesterday, it happened to be big muhurat for our two star heroes to test new waters. This is a litmus test for both our heroes as they haven't opened their accounts there from a long time.
Superstar Mahesh Babu has so far doing well at Telugu Box Office, but he needs to expand to new territories to improve the recovery factor of his high budgeted flicks. Same is the case with Mass Raja Raviteja. Right now these two heroes have targeted Tamil audiences with the dubbed versions of their 'Businessman' and 'Mirapakai'. In the first round, Mahesh got an upper hand there and his 'Businessman' is releasing in more than 3 times the number of theatres 'Murattu Singam' (Mirapakai) has got. However, family audiences are expected to turn towards Mass Raja's flick as it happens to be full comedy flick, while Mahesh's movie is known for its violence.
With no Tamil film in the near sight to hit theatres, our heroes are getting good one week to show their potential. As of now, both these films have got good response on day one. Till date none of the Telugu heroes got a market there and we have to see if anyone of Mahesh and Raviteja will open new doors or not.
