We have seen how Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's 'Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu' has created an outrage in the state with some political references to some incidents and politicians. Looks like people are expecting the same from 'Naayak' too.
A talk is leaked that Censor Board has asked our makers to chop few scenes that give a direct reference to erstwhile governor N D Tiwari, former president Abdul Kalam. They say that director Vinayak highlighted how a ruler should be and how he should not be by using both these icons as inspiration in the film. However if Tiwari's alleged sex-scandal episode was dealt in Naayak, there are chances for his followers or party people to blast this movie. This is one example and there are many such scenes in the movie as per insiders. That's why most of our politicians are said to be blocking the first-day tickets of 'Naayak' for their followers to know what is exactly inside.
On the other hand, premiere shows are being held at many theatres around the state and the ticket is priced at 2000 rupees and more. But still one needs to buy that costly ticket also in black-market as they are all sold out rapidly.
